Is it possible to customise my mat?
We apologise that this option is currently unavailable, but rest assured that we are actively working on making it possible and it will be available soon.
Can I customise my mat on my own?
Absolutely! When you order your mat, you will receive a small inserter for the massagers, giving you the ability to easily pop in or out the massagers in the colour of your choosing. Additionally, we will soon be offering the option to order massagers separately allowing you to further customise and adjust them to you liking.
Will I be able to suggest my own colours?
We value your feedback and are always open to suggestions to improve our products. If there is a specific colour you would like to see, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form on the FAQ page. We are excited to hear your suggestions and strive to make our products the best they can be.
Can I order mat and massagers separately?
While this option is currently unavailable, we are excited to announce that soon you will be able to order a pack of massagers in various colour variations, giving you the ability to design and assemble your mat exactly how you desire. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting new feature!
