HOW TO ASSEMBLE OUR MATS

Bend the massager
To insert the massager, gently curl the back side (less convex one) away from the center and guide it into the small inserter tube that comes inside your box.

The inserter tube
As demonstrated on the left, insert the curled end into the tube. Be sure to position the small neck of the massager into the cutout of the tube, allowing it to slide smoothly inside. This step ensures that the massager is properly aligned and ready to use.

Through the mat
With the massager securely inside the inserter tube, it's time to position it within the mat. Starting from the top side of the mat, pull the thinner (bottom) side of the tube through to the bottom side of the mat.
In other words, pull the bottom side of the tube starting from the pink side of the mat to the black one.

Parallel twist
Once you have pulled the tube halfway through the mat, turn it parallel to the mat with your tumb on top. This will help guide the tube through the mat and prevent any kinks or twists from forming.

PULL!
Now all you have to do is continue pulling the tube until the massager is completley through the mat. Congradulations! You have successfully inserted your first massager.
