What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?

If your order was processed successfully, you should have recieved a confirmation email from us. If you haven't received it yet, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We will be happy to help you. 

My order arrived with something missing, what happens now?

While we take great care in processing all orders, mistakes can happen. If you recieve and incomplete order or encounter any other issues, please don't hesitate to contact us with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

No problem! Just contact us through our forms and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that our return policy is 90 days from the date of receipt.

What if I want to return my mat?

We offer a 90 day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date of receipt to return your item. If you need to initiate a return, please use our form for "Return and refunds" to get in touch with us immediatley. We will be happy to assist you with the process.
