Can I wash my mat in the washing machine?
Absolutely! You can wash the mat in your washing machine without any worries. It is safe to wash at 30 degrees. The massagers should remain in place during the wash, but if one accidentally pops out, you can easily put it back in, using the inserter tube that comes with your mat.
Can I take my mat to the pool/beach?
Definitely! You don't have to worry about the mat getting dirty, as it is easy to maintain.
Can I expose my mat to the sun?
Your mat will no be damaged if it is exposed to the sun. However, prolonged exposure may cause the colours to fade over time.
